The Bulgarian prime minister, Rosen Zhelyazkov announced his resignation on national TV over failure to tackle corruption.
He resigned after spending less than a year in office due to protests round the country against widespread corruption.

I highly doubt the issue of corruption is something that can be resolved in just a year, especially if the people are not cooperating.

The Prime Minister should have not step down from his office. He should have met his cabinet member assigned on on money pork barrel in the Congress and Senate. He is a weak president. He should have faced that political crises bravely.
