Bulk buying before New Year

There's usual bulk buying here before New Year. People are busy buying. It's done like this because it is a holiday on January 1 and 2 so stores, malls, offices, schools banks and others are closed. It's also the culture and tradition here to celebrate eve of New Year until one in the morning strikes for 2025. We all welcome the new year with a midnight party at home. I usually spend two hours of sleep. Everyone is busy sending new year's greetings.

By January 3, most people are back to work feeling worried, money no more .

That is right,this day, I shopped at the nearest store but I controlled my spending. I bought only 4,000 pesos cash. I bought goods good for three days.

We always have a budget with my two sisters who live with me. Everything is expensive this time especially the electric bills.

I only got what I needed for the New Year Eve's meal and the meal on New Year's day. My brother bought some of the things we will prepare and the rest my sister.

That is right let us just consider it as having a bulk buying to compensate for our worries and boredom. I will do bulk buying on December 31 good for one month like milk, bath soap, dishwashing soap, sugar, cookies, biscuits and nuts.
