Liquidity is the ability of a business/company to meet obligations and pay short-term debts, where investors often measure the liquidity of a business before buying stocks. Some indicators to measure liquidity that are often used by investors such as quick ratio, current ratio, cash ratio etc. So in your opinion, what are the negative impacts of liquidity on a business?
