A company had promised to sell my unused timeshare rentals in a reputed timeshare company and had collected a membership fee which they claimed was refundable. They promised to get some bookings within a month. They did not get any booking and are also not replying to emails. What is the best way to get a response or at least a refund of the membership fee?
 
If there is a way you can reach out to the company physically then do so. Some companies are like this and it is very annoying. This is why most persons tend to pay half and would only pay the other half when they get what they want.
