This is a matter of sensitivity. Every business should return exactly the same vibes that a customer gives.
You can't give the opposite vibes of what a customer is giving and expect the customer to feel cool patronizing the business.
An excited customer should be given energetic vibes. A relaxed customer should be given warm and relaxed vibes.
