An earthquake struck California early Friday morning, the fourth in less than 24 hours. This newest 2.8 magnitude quake was discovered 180 miles north of Los Angeles at 3:32 a.m., coinciding with blazing fires in the area. Just a few minutes before, another earthquake of the same size happened around 15 miles southeast of Avenal. On Thursday, a third tremor shook San Bernardino County, measuring 2.8 magnitude. Notably, the fourth earthquake took place on the San Andreas Fault. Fortunately, no damages or casualties were reported from these seismic incidents.
