Some companies have company vehicles that are part of the equipment used to run the operations of the business.

Is it right or wrong for the business owner to use the company vehicle for his own personal usage? Or the business vehicle should be kept strictly for business operations?

I don't see anything wrong with using a company car as a boss provided there's no emergency use of it for work related issues
When you consider that the vehicle was meant for business and you are using it for personal purpose, that you are depreciating the car quicker than it would have been depleted if the usage has stuck to personal use.

Private use of company cars has occurred everywhere, especially during non-office hours, so during office hours the vehicle must be ready to be used for business purposes, many drivers even borrow cars to attend wedding parties on Saturdays or Sundays.

My point exactly, you can still take out the car a few times to run other personal businesses. it wouldn't cause any breakdown perse

Is it supposed to be a regular thing f drivers to borrow the compan car to attend an event? Certainly not. And if it is once in a while, there is nothing wring with that.

He is the boss he can choose to do what he wants with the company property, the most important thing is that it does not affect the business in any negative way.

I don't think that it is professional for a boss to use company vehicle for personal purpose if he or she is not the owner of the business.
