Can a boss use a company vehicle for private purpose?

Some companies have company vehicles that are part of the equipment used to run the operations of the business.

Is it right or wrong for the business owner to use the company vehicle for his own personal usage? Or the business vehicle should be kept strictly for business operations?

When you consider that the vehicle was meant for business and you are using it for personal purpose, that you are depreciating the car quicker than it would have been depleted if the usage has stuck to personal use.

Lol, so using the car to run personal errands for a little time would make the vehicle depreciate so quick. I don't think so especially if you service and maintain the car how you should but it usage should more for the business usage.

Is it supposed to be a regular thing f drivers to borrow the compan car to attend an event? Certainly not. And if it is once in a while, there is nothing wring with that.
