A Labor Union cannot directly depend on an employee in the sense of relying on their actions for survival. However, unions depend on employee participation and collective bargaining to achieve their goals. While a Labor Union cannot depend on a single employee for its existence, it relies heavily on employee participation, collective bargaining, and legal protections to advocate for workers ‘rights and improve workplace conditions.

A labour union is managed by the national government. Any employee who experiences abuse can report the matter to the Labor Union, unless he is a member. The minimum number of employees qualified for a Labor Union coverage is 5,000. There's no solo membership.
