There are people that are inherent perfectionists. They don't have room for errors in their lives and are very meticulous. Can such a person do well in business? Would they fail in business they are perfectionists?

A perfectionist business person is no good for customers vary in socio economic status, and his perfectionism may drive the customers away That business person may want only elite customers. He may belittling the poor looking customers. The workers will also feel disconnected and discouraged. They. might always be reprimanded from a mere mistake.

A perfectionist business owner would always be emotional and take it on staff when little mistakes happen.

Perfectionists can be effective businesspeople if they manage their behavior. However, they can be challenging to work with, though change is possible.
I have worked for a perfectionist business owner. The workplace was very toxic because there would alway be something that is not perfect at a time.
