Can BTC dominance ever be broken?

It seems like Bitcoin has dominated the entire crypto market so much that altcoins don't even stand a chance. Is it ever possible that the Bitcoin dominance can ever be broken? What must be on ground for Bitcoin dominance to be broken?

There are times when Bitcoin's dominance has fallen to 40 percent or even less, I don't think that in the short term it will lose its dominance and fall to second place or less, but it will fall and leave a chance for altcoins to rise.

Have you ever read Satoshi Nakamoto's documents? BTC is created so that with the scarcity of each bitcoin, the price is revalued, so even if there is a downward trend and the price drops significantly, it will always rise and rise, so BTC will always break its historical price maximums no matter how much time passes, until reaching the last BTC, which will be the most expensive.
