Can one swap USD to crypto using Payeer?

I have heard that the payment processor, Payeer now supports crypto. I am wondering if one could fund his Payeer account with USD and swap it to crypto. If it is possible, what does the process entail?

Payeer allows users to convert their usd to crypto, but their fees for sending the crypto are higher than other some other wallets when I last checked. There is a conversion option in the Payeer menu.

I have used payeer to convert my USD to Litecoin. It is a very seamless process. But like the poster above me has already mentioned, the problem always has to do with the fees.
