Thats actually an interesting way of saving funds. Pets are really not that popular in my country. There used to be per insurance but it has since lost popularity and ceased to exists since pet owner do not insure pets.

Yes i think it can, instead of buying expensive ones or the popular ones, you just go for the cheaper but effective products.
