Rejected clothing is a type of clothing such as shirts, skirts, pants, jackets, t-shirts, etc. that does not meet the quality standards of a manufacturer. So if we get an offer of rejected clothing from a manufacturer and buy it in large quantities, can we use it to make money or sell it to the market?

I do not have any idea about that. I have not heard any info about rejected clothing. The malls here burn the old clothes which is why I have not heard about rejected clothing being sold.
