Can someone negotiate the amount he can pay for child support?

I often wonder the parameters used to determine the amount someone should pay as child support. But most times, people are not able to meet up with the obligations of child support because the amount given by the court is too much.

Can someone negotiate child support to the amount he can reasonably pay?

It is always the men that pay child support. Even when the custody is given to the men, the women are not mandated to pay child support. Not fair on men for a child they jointly own.

Am not sure though, i think it usually depends on both parties, if they are willing to come together and cooperate together and reach an agreement.

I think you can, but it wouldn't be fair because if you hit a child, I think you have to pay that much, they'll say, because you're to blame for this problem anyway
