Can the political views of an e commerce seller make him or her to be banned from the e commerce platform?

I heard that some e commerce platforms banned some sellers because of the political viewpoint they hold on social media. They criticized a particular government. I doubted it strongly as I don't see how one's political viewpoint is worthy of a ban on an e commerce store.

Can my political views cause an e commerce store to ban me as a seller?

From my perspective, e-commerce platforms generally shouldn't ban a seller solely for their political opinions, as this goes against freedom of expression. I read the opening post and the poster was talking about the business or brand expressing extreme political views on social media and the e commerce store bans the seller on their own platform. I have seen this happen like twice.

Most platforms for selling don't actually give room for one to express themselves in other areas like politics or religion. Then again if it does happen, if their views goes against their rules and regulations, then yes they can be banned.
