Can too much customer complains make a business to lose it's license?

It depends on the nature of complaints. If it's about customer abuse, most likely, the permit to operate a business will be revoked. If it's about complaints on high prices, the customer will not win. Prices of everything go up, unless the business made the prices unreasonable.

Yes of course! But it depends on a lot of factors which include the political dynamism of the country. In some countries, one million complaint will not yield any result especially when we have corrupt government. Secondly, if the business have no competition, it will be difficult to revoke the license.

That depends on the nature of complaints. If they are about fake products, the business's licensed will probably be canceled. If it's about high prices, unavailable stock, the company will not lose its license but its reputation and sales.

The company, in such a case, could also lose customers, when it happens the competitors' prices are lower and they offer sales.
