Can you do impulse buying for the sake of abnormal discounts/ offers?

For l can't help that. I would always buy the items that l had not planned for provided they are being sold at relatively cheap slashed prices like the buy one get two free basis.

I understand that situation but you totally have to convince yourself that you would need the product in the near future before you take advantage of such discounts. If it doesn't have a prospect of being a necessity in future, ignore the discount sales.

Of course yes. Provided is something that is very important and that l use most frequently, l can make the impulse buying for it for l would be saving some money on that.

I know discounts and offers can make one make impulse buying but I will not buy if the product isn't really important to me.

It all depends on my pocket, if I have enough then I would definitely take up the opportunity to buy them. In a situation where I don't have enough capital, I automatically go into savings mood and my self discipline increases to 150%

I have done it a lot during my younger days. And have regretted later. They are very much luring and one can easily get distracted. But not any more. With growing age and increasing financial responsibilities, I have become very disciplined around my finance and budget. I don't buy things unless I really need them. No matter how cheap I get it for, it's a waste if I don't make any use of it.

Sometimes they offers are always incredible and too good to be true. in that case it is to check out of it is wort the buy though it might impulse buying

Before, when I did not care about saving money, I used to buy a bunch of stuff I did not even need. Then, I'd regret it later. But now, I am smarter and do not get easily tempted by sales and deals.

If i don't have urgent need for the product, no amount of discount will make me to buy. Secondly, if there is abnormal discount, something is wrong somewhere. Either the product have expired or have few months to expire.
