Business owners ought to be gentle in front of their rude customers; however, not all are doing this. Others ran out of patience especially if that customer is new and has no record yet of her loyalty. It is not easy, being humans too. I encountered a rude customer last night in my business at the mall, she was rude to my staff for being too slow, but my staff was just right in her moves. There were almost 10 of them falling in line and she was the fourth customer. She made a blah, blah, blah and it was so timing that arrived not in the mood because of the rain. I asked her about her problem and why she was upset and she just looked at me sharply, but I told her I am the owner of this business. You are free to leave. I don't need your cheap money She left feeling short and ashamed. I never regretted my actions. I pity my staff. She was alone at that time so she cannot work like a horse. I ran out of patience.

I was wrong, I admitted it. I should have calmed down the customer. I lost my temper because of the rain. My car was flooded and it took me many hours to park it in a dry parking space far from the mall so I hiked.
