Can you rate Samsung as having the best brands of android phones?

Samsung has been a giant in the smartphone industry. They have produced amazing models of smartphones. Do you think that Samsung smartphones are the best when it comes to smartphones running android OS? Any other brand you think is better than Samsung?

Samsung always competes with Apple. That's to say that their smartphones are always the premium quality. I would say they have the best android.

The first samsung smartphone I purchased was robbed at regus and misused for identity theft, the second was hacked and I was planning to purchase another cheap samsung phone.

I won't say they have the best, but there is no denying the fact that they definitely make the list as one of the best. Then again when it comes to the best it is mostly based on preference.
