Supposing a customer comes to patronize your products and is ready to buy big. You have confirmed that the customer is buying the product for his or her own personal use. But you are certain that purchase by the customer won't benefit him maybe because of age, physique or any other factor. Would you miss that big sale and advise the customer not to buy that product?

If I do my part by explaining to the customer and he or she still insists, who am I? The customer is always right.

I can only let the customer know the advantage and disadvantages and leave it to them to decide. If at the end of the day they decide to buy it, then it's not on me.
