Supposing a customer comes to patronize your products and is ready to buy big. You have confirmed that the customer is buying the product for his or her own personal use. But you are certain that purchase by the customer won't benefit him maybe because of age, physique or any other factor. Would you miss that big sale and advise the customer not to buy that product?

If I do my part by explaining to the customer and he or she still insists, who am I? The customer is always right.

I can only let the customer know the advantage and disadvantages and leave it to them to decide. If at the end of the day they decide to buy it, then it's not on me.

Most business people won't even bother to let the customer know. They would rather encourage the customer to make the purchase even when they know that it won't favor the customer.

Very true, they are simply after their profit, but my conscience won't let me, hence i tell them so whatever they decide i have a clear mind knowing i told them.

Business is all about profits if a customer is looking for something and wants that and its not on sale i cannot cut it to big sale just because the customer want something if my business admits sales they must wait for the month that the business will be having sales
