Cannot access Firefox browser extensions

I am finding that I cannot access the firefox browser extensions on the desktop which I use. Does anyone else face the same issue with Firefox and does any member know how to fix the problem?

For me my devices has got the problem for not accessing the chrome browser most of the time. This is very annoying because l have really relied on the chrome for most of my online work.

Haven't experienced this, have you tried rebooting or check if your Firefox browser needs an update .
