I am getting the error message " cannot access pwahelper.exe" on my windows computer when I close the computer. Does any other member of this forum face this problem, and do they know how to fix it?

Did you try other means? Like trying a different browser or trying a different computer to know if you got the same error as well.
pwahelper problem is most common when your Edge or Chrome browser fails to close properly when you shut down your computer. Usually a web apps service file that's just stuck in the operating system. Can fix it by disabling apps that are starting up automatically to completely eliminate the problem.
