Cannot update bank account for paypal account

I want to change the bank account in my paypal account, I am getting the following error message for chrome browser
Money, banks and cards
Sorry, we can’t show this information at the moment. Check back in a few minutes.
Is anyone else facing this problem?

Maybe you need to wait for a while before you try to do the changes then. it might just be a problem with PayPal and needs it sorted out at their end
