One major cashback website is tracking and crediting cashback for Amazon purchases accurately, while another website does not credit. What could be the reason for the difference in cashback credit?

It might be that the other website simply does not do cash back, or it's simply an error issue and will be corrected later on.

There are a few websites and apps which offer cashback for online purchases I have received gift cards and bank deposit as cashback.

That's good. Earlier Google pay did give some cash back but not now.
