According to the report, Vice President JD Vance arrived in Phoenix, Arizona, from Salt Lake City, Utah, to return the body of conservative commentator Charlie Kirk to the town he called home. The Turning Point USA founder, 31, was fatally shot Wednesday while speaking at Utah Valley University.
