There are so many harmless prompts that ChatGPT and Gemini would not answer you at all. Some simple entrepreneurship prompts like "why you should hire family members alone for your business". The two models would refuse to answer. I am beginning to dislike them for all the unnecessary restrictions.
ChatGPT and Gemini are too restrictive for my liking.

I understand it can be annoying but they are simply trying restrict themselves for giving any answers that might cause issues to them or anyone in the future.
It is all about the beliefs of the developer. Musk doesn't believe in conservativeness and his model is not restrictive.
