Cheapest Network for ETH Transaction

Sending ETH on Ethereum has a higher gas price, but there are networks that have cheaper gas prices. What do you think is the cheapest network to send ETH? I have tried Base and Optimism and these networks are really cheap. What about BNB Smart Chain or Manta network, or Arbitrum One? How cheap are these networks. When sending ETH, what network do you usually use?
