The report said that China faces disaster as Beijing battles one of the worst China floods in years after a catastrophic dam collapsed and relentless China storm triggered by typhoon remnants. This extreme weather event has caused massive flash flooding, crippling transportation, displacing thousands, and exposing weaknesses in flood control.

China will definitely put up another dam as soon as possible. I think the typhoon is so powerful that results in the break up. I don't think that it is due to negligence of any sortm

I hope the monster flood in Beijing subsides. They are pitiful. It is not easy to deal with such ordeal. Floods are rampaging anywhere in the world.
