According to the report, Pakistan and China are deepening their strategic ties. With Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar in Beijing, both nations have reaffirmed their cooperation on trade, defence, and regional strategy. China is now openly backing Pakistan's sovereignty claims. At the same time, Beijing is engaging with the Taliban, signalling a significant shift in South Asia’s strategic landscape. What does this mean for India? Palki Sharma breaks it down.

India shouldn’t be overly paranoid about China, Pakistan, or Türkiye working together. Every country ultimately looks out for its own national interest, just like India does. Instead of stressing over geopolitical alliances, India should stay focused on strengthening its foundations: economic growth, military R&D, infrastructure, and ensuring basic needs are met for all citizens.
