According to the news, China’s military has been practising blowing up the US fighter jets, The Eurasian Times reported citing latest satellite images. Images show a destroyed F-35 Lightning II and F-22 Raptors jets at a remote desert in northwestern China.
The news added that the satellite images suggest that the Chinese military destroyed these dummy aircraft during a recent mock drill. The image shows scorched F-35s and F-22s stationed at one end of a long runway In what could be the aftermath of the Chinese drills
The news said that China regularly conducts drills at the target range complex in Taklamakan desert which has several military testing sites. The image taken over the Taklamakan Desert reveals covered and uncovered aircraft positioned by a runway.
