According to the report, China has expressed "deep concern" over the escalating violence between Thailand and Cambodia, which has entered its second day and left at least 15 dead and over 100,000 displaced. In an official statement, Beijing urged both sides to exercise restraint, resolve disputes through dialogue, and avoid further escalation that could destabilize the region.
The report said that the clashes involve heavy artillery, airstrikes, and civilian evacuations along the disputed border zones, drawing global attention. China, a key regional power and ASEAN partner, called for a peaceful resolution in line with international law and warned against actions that could further inflame tensions.
There should be an initiator for a peace resolution to end the war between Cambodia and Thailand. I can understand how the helpless residents feel. War is a scary thing.
