China harasses international planes as well, according to the Philippine Navy

The Philippine Navy confirms that, like in other parts of the region, the Chinese military routinely harasses international aircraft in the West Philippine Sea. "Yes, we have received such reports for years," stated Rear Admiral Roy Vincent Trinidad. The crew of the U.S. aircraft were fortunate to be unhurt. Roy Vincent Trinidad pointed out China's People's Liberation Army's challenges to commercial flights, alleging territorial violations.

Now that's just wrong, the way i see it, it seems the Chinese are just looking for trouble, just so they can start a war.
