Chrome books tend to misbehave sometimes

l have a friend of mine that owns a chrome book it oftenly misbehave on some instants. For example he says that the device cannot play files connected to the USB nor can it share files through Bluetooth or any media across devices. What do you think about that?

Haven't used a chrome book before so i don't have any personal experience, but I don't think i have heard others complaining so far though.
