From the Cincinnati report, a man charged with murdering a woman in English Woods is now accused of fatally shooting a 17-year-old boy.

According to the report, Malik Blanchard was already charged with murdering Treasure Thomas. Hamilton County Prosecutor Connie Pillich said Blanchard was allegedly assaulted at a party outside an apartment complex on Westwood Northern Boulevard. He went inside to get a gun. When a neighbor opened his door to see what was happening, Blanchard allegedly shot into the apartment, killing Thomas and injuring the man.

The report said that at least 14 bullet holes went into the front of that home on Percy Avenue. Blanchard faces two new charges of murder, two charges of felonious assault, and one charge of improper discharge of a firearm into a habitation.

In addition to the report, the two murders are not connected. He's already locked up on $1.5 million bond for Thomas' murder.

This case underlines how law enforcement authorities let communities down. If Malik Blanchard had been put behind bars after committing the first murder, the second victim would still be alive.
Defendants' rights nonsense allowed Malik Blanchard to end the life of the second victim.

Why let him go in the first place? It's issues like this that makes some people take law into their own hand cause it feels like the system has failed them.

That criminal is truly evil. He has his first murder case. I am also wondering why the police permitted that criminal to get bail. He is indeed a murderer. He better be shot to death.
