Clicking on jumptask leads to blank page

I am trying to use jumptask and find that the search and read article links are not working. After I click them I am redirected to a blank page and cannot complete the task. What could be the reason for the problem and how to resolve it?

The issue might be from the task it self, maybe there is an error somewhere. Have you tried reporting the issue?
