Your competitors shouldn't be seen as evil rather they should be seen as another business trying to do what's best for themselves. We're all just trying to turn a profit at the end of the day and there's room enough in the market for multiple players. Of course everyone wants to come out on top in their own business but I don't think it does any good to view other companies as enemies. A little friendly rivalry can be motivating and push us all to improve. Maybe if we saw competitors less as threats and more as colleagues of sorts trying to solve similar problems, things would be less adversarial overall.
Nobody gains if we get too caught up in hostile feelings towards each other instead of just focusing on our own operations.

If you cannot outsmart your competitors, there is no way you can generate sales. Before you start a business, you also need to do competitor analysis so that you can devise your plan to outsmart them.

Competition in business isn't necessarily a problem, it can actually be a good thing. It can be more like a challenge that pushes you to improve on your own brand. Tho competition can be tough to deal with if there are too many competitors But overall, it's a natural part of business that can make you stronger and boost innovation.

There is notting wrong in having a competition in business, this is pretty normal and in most cases your competition tends to push you to be better in your business. It becomes wrong when you begin have evil intentions against your competition.

Exactly, your competitors are supposed to be more like a challenge that pushes you to improve on your own brand, but unfortunately many business owners doesn't see it like that.
