Connected but alone describes a paradox of modern life. It speaks to the irony of being surrounded by people and technology that offer connection, yet still feeling profoundly isolated and disconnected on a deeper emotional level.

Think about it; we are constantly connected through social media, messaging apps, and even video calls. We can interact with hundreds, if not thousands, of people online. Yet, many people experience a deep sense of loneliness. This is because true connection goes beyond superficial interactions and requires genuine intimacy, empathy, and shared experiences.

The phrase highlights the difference between quantity and quality of connection. You can be surrounded by people –or even feel connected to a late online community- but still lack meaningful relationships that provide a sense of belonging and emotional support. The feeling of “alone” can stem from a lack of genuine human interaction, a disconnect from one’s true self, or a feeling of not being understood.

Here some online investors are completely isolated to force them to agree to identity theft , resume robbery. Their emails, phone calls, postal mail is closely monitored and diverted so that no one can contact the investor.
That's sad, no one has been able to help them save their income in their investments. If those bad elements continue doing it, at some point, they will die, and God will judge them harshly.

That's the world we all live in today, we have so many people around, but at the end of the day we still feel alone.
What a troublesome thing especially if you're an extrovert but disconnected and alone by media and other related works of technology.

Indeed it will not be easy for an extrovert, even an introvert might feel lonely most times.

At this time, only the old parents and grandparents do not have the skill in using a phone, so they feel disconnected and only ask on what's going on with the war for example he he.

Lol true, but there are some parents that actually even know how to use a smartphone even more than most young ones out there.

Yes, they know only to call and receive but surfing on the web, I have my doubts though only a very of them not technically skilled. Those oldies who retired from work were skilled, they were trained from their workplace.
