Conservative activist Charlie Kirk was shot during a Turning Point USA event at Utah Valley University (UVU) in Orem on Wednesday. His condition remains unknown as police continue searching for the suspect.

The shooting occurred shortly after noon during a Q&A session with students. Witnesses reported hearing a single gunshot about two minutes into the event, striking Kirk in the neck. Chaos broke out in the quad near the campus food court as students and attendees scrambled for safety.


UVU spokesperson Scott Trotter confirmed the incident in a statement

When i saw the news yesterday, i cried because it is a sign that United States will never recover from gun shooting and killing others with arm. Therr is a serious problem with USA.

Though am not a follower but i have come across some of his videos on Tiktok several times and i kind of like how he stood for the bitter truth. This is really sad. I couldn't believe when i saw the news.
