Controlling radiation levels from android devices

I have noticed that the android devices are sometimes emitting more radiation due to which the battery is getting drained quickly, while otherwise they emit less radiation and the battery lasts for a longer time. Does anyone know how the radiation levels from an android device are controlled?

Truth be told am still trying to understand the issue of radiation on smartphones, there are those who believe it's jut a myth, as for the issue of battery going down fast, how you use it also matters.

I don't think android phone produces radiation in the sense that I understand radiation. If so, it should not be safe for anyone to use android phones.
