Courier company website not opening on desktop

I was trying to open the courier company website to track the status of the consignment which was sent to me. I am finding that the website could not be opened on the desktop. Later when accessed on a smartphone, the otp was rescheduling the delivery was not received. What could be the reason why the website is not opening on the desktop?

It might simply be an issue with the site or the specific browser you used to access the site on desktop. Have you tried another browser?

I faced the same problem on all the desktop browsers though I could open the site on my smartphones. Data packets may be intercepted for the desktop wifi.
