According to the report, Former prime minister Tony Abbott slams the International Criminal Court as a “court of politics” rather than a court of justice.

The report said that Foreign Minister Penny Wong says Australia ‘respects’ the ICC’s independence after the body issued an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

The report added that “any court that claims moral equivalence between an apocalyptic terror group, Hamas on the one hand, and liberal democratic Israel and its leaders on the other hand – it’s not a court of justice, it’s a court of politics,” Mr Abbott told Sky News host Peta Credlin.

It is exactly not a court of justice but a court of politics. The ICC has not done good to to represent justice but mostly politicking vendetta. It is better for ICC to close their court.

It is not to issue warranty of arrest is the problem! It is who will bail the cat! Where will ICC see him to arrest him? In reality, the judgement is mockery of judiciary and it powerless judges. To speak is free but to execute it is where the problem is.

The ICC is no longer nosy this time after they were mocked by people from the different countries. They were called as unfair and biased. It was learned that most members of the ICCC are Muslims. They can't even enter my country .
