What is the proposed utility of the sync coin. It looks like a project that would make sense but the pre sale is quite expensive.

Syncoin (SNC) is designed as a DAO-based governance coin, has bridging capabilities on the Polygon network so that it can reduce gas fees. In addition, Syncoin also has an anti-whale feature, so that coins can be distributed evenly. Initially I was interested in participating but seeing the price that was already high, I was worried that the price would drop.
