They always say that a customer is always right. Not untll a parent called a mathematics teacher in the school I work at midnight to explain why her daughter failed a particular maths assignment.

Which experience made you believe that "customers is always right" is a lie?

I have come across customers that do or say things that are completely wrong just to satisfy their selfish desires. This statement is just a way to make people understand the importance of taking care of their customers.
