The way a business treats the customers would determine if it would keep the customers or lose them. Some businesses treat their customers as a means to an end. Let the customers feel like they are the target and the goal of the business and you would retain them.

I agree with you , personally I do return to stores that I feel I was treated well. I don't just like stores with rude sellers
