When someone asks me for the prices of my services and I tell them, they would be telling me that one person in their street is collecting half of the amount that I mentioned.

I don't doubt it but my level in the business won't make me to accept that amount. You can patronize that person rather than make me feel guilty to render my services at that price.

Service providers are in levels and customers should know that.
 
I have experienced this several times, if i tell you my price and you feel it's too much or you can get it somewhere else at a more cheaper price, i won't fight with you over that, you can simply go there.
 
Customers should know their levels and stick to patronize service providers that their money can afford. You can't want the best and expect to pay peanuts to secure them.
 
It's as simple as that @Fidelia there is always a cheaper Version the customer would be able to afford, they should stick to that till they can afford something better.
