The dilemma that most businesses have is who to value most in the business. Some would say it is customers. While some would stick to a good employee retention.
The truth of the matter is both the customers and the employees are extremely important. Without the customers, there will be no sales or profit, without the employees there will also be no sales or profit because it is the employees who deal with the customers. The best thing to do is to give both saids the value that is needed at that point in time.
I think that the businesses should really be very careful when dealing with the two kind of variants for that matter. That because most of the time they work hand in hand.
I think both are important to a business. Without customers, your business cannot survive. But if you do not have good people to work for you, your business will be in a mess and you will not get any customers.
I would never belittle my staff or my customer. I think it all boils down to man management ability to be able to prioritize both staff and customers equally.
As far as l am concerned, l would go for the customers. That is because the customers are very important part of the business aside the employees that one gets just as seamlessly as they are readily available due to the higher rates of unemployment.
