D’Tigress of Nigeria has defeated Canada 79-70 in-final of the women’s basketball

D’Tigress of Nigeria on Sunday, August 4, defeated Canada 79-70 in its final group game for women’s basketball at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

This took place at the Pierre Mauroy Stadium in Lille, France, to qualify for the quarter-final of the women’s basketball at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

This victory has earned D’Tigress their first-ever appearance in the quarter-final of the Olympics basketball tournament.

Nigeria made a five classification points still to play Australia later in the day.

D'Tigress outstanding performance in the last Olympics still surprised me. How they manage to beat Canada who is ranked fifth in the world need to be studied. Nothing is impossible in life. When life odd is against, you stll have the opportunity to turn things around.
