The report said that Kenneth Cook, 44, of Raleigh County, West Virginia, is facing more than 150 charges that include sexual assault and incest. Investigators say Cook fathered three children with his biological daughter.

He eats his own flesh. He is not a father but a monster. How could he rape his daughter? In the previous report, this father had 3 kids with his daughter, and one died from malnutrition. What a sickening society. Why didn't the daughter report the matter to the nearest police station, or to her neighbors?
