Telecommunications subscribers and bank users were stranded for hours on Thursday as internet services was disrupted in Ghana, Nigeria and others a cross the continent of Africa. This brought about paralysed digital transations and internet communications.

As stated by a financial news organisations known as Bloomberg, the West Africa Cable System both MainOne and ACE sea cables for telecommunications data were all affected.

I think this is the reason we Nigerians have been going through terrible internet network for a while now.
